On Display at the Tech Center Car Show, Warren Michigan
Our Flamed Thunderbird was one of a 1000 cars on display in the heart of Bowtie Country for the 19th annual GM
Tech Center Car Show. Many of GM's finest Engineers stopped by to check out the Thunderbird and it's 1000HP
Big Block Chevy Engine under the hood. The skies were threatening all day, but the rain held off till after the show.
Thanks to all who stopped by. We enjoyed showing off the car.

FATBAXX Outfitters spent the day at the Track
Owner of FATBAXX Outfitters, Jim Kraft and family enjoyed a day with the Karras Racing Team at Milan Dragway
and as you can see we did not hesitate to put the Kraft Boys to work. Unfortunately, due to extreme hot weather,
the Karras Racing Team was battling traction problems all day, and was eliminated in the third round.

In Search for Traction - Rear Suspension Change
For the first half of this year, races have been lost due to inconsistent launch and 60' times. To enable more
weight transfer/squat, we moved the instant center position forward 12" and down 2". Our Team had to fabricate
brackets to allow the 4 links bars to attach lower on the frame. Details of the change will be posted in the Tech

RAIN, RAIN, GO AWAY!
Mother Nature has not smiled down on us this year. Last Sunday marked the third rain out in 2008.
Hopefully August will bring the sunny skies, low humidity, and fast times.
